The Deluxe Queen Room offers a spacious feel, providing a cozy atmosphere with modern decor. The curved glass facade adds a unique architectural flair, creating a bright environment that feels refreshing within the bustling city.
Parking options are incredibly limited, leaving guests scrambling for spaces nearby. In my experience, the one elevator was out of service, leading to frustrating waits of 8-10 minutes, which could be quite a hassle, especially for those requiring wheelchair access. the mini-bar fridges did not maintain proper cooling, resulting in food spoiling by the second day. Finally, the timing of room availability was off, with one of the two booked rooms not ready until 8 PM, though check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. This suggests issues with room turnover that could be improved.

Proximity to major attractions, well-equipped gym, modern decor
The room sizes felt cramped!!! The decor and finishes looked worn and outdated, giving off an unappealing impression!!! the lack of sufficient power outlets next to the beds was extremely inconvenient!!!

Fab location near two tube stations! The room was clean, comfy beds, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat.
The restaurant felt like it was in a cupboard—let's just say, my dinner didn’t quite meet my culinary expectations!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We visited the Natural History Museum and strolled through Hyde Park. The location is great, close to everything, and the staff was super friendly. Just a heads up, the breakfast was pretty standard—nothing fancy, but it did the job.
The club lounge was quite disappointing. the space felt outdated and the food options were really limited for the price we paid.

Ideal for Couples Seeking Comfort
The staff were fantastic, especially in the restaurant, where they treated us like family. Plus, the shower was amazing, really got me going in the morning when I needed it most.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still worth it for what we got.

Honeymoon upgrade bliss
We had such a lovely time! The staff were super friendly, and they even upgraded us to a nice suite since it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was delish, and the room felt cozy after the switch, but the initial room shape was kinda funky. All in all, a great stay!

I enjoyed the location near Gloucester and Earls Court stations—it made getting around London so easy. The room was clean and quiet, offering a comfortable stay especially after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was tasty, especially the eggs cooked to order. I faced issues with the heating. it seemed to be too loud at times. The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a bit disappointing, as we wanted to keep drinks cold. The staff interactions were mostly pleasant, but there were moments when requests seemed overlooked. Despite these hiccups, the spaciousness and cleanliness made it a reasonable choice for our stay.

Our room was spacious and comfy with a decent size for a family. The beds felt great after a long day out, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Some nice amenities like a refrigerator and coffee station added to the convenience. It was quiet despite facing the main road, which was a pleasant surprise in London. Only downside was that the bathroom door slammed shut due to its spring system, which could get annoying at night.
