In my experience, the one elevator was out of service, leading to frustrating waits of 8-10 minutes, which could be quite a hassle, especially for those requiring wheelchair access. the mini-bar fridges did not maintain proper cooling, resulting in food spoiling by the second day. Finally, the timing of room availability was off, with one of the two booked rooms not ready until 8 PM, though check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. This suggests issues with room turnover that could be improved.

the marriott had a fantastic location in kensington, just a 5-minute walk to two tube stations. our deluxe queen room was clean with a very comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we enjoyed using the well-equipped gym. the staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly jamie, who provided great suggestions.
